ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has negotiated two lease deals in Orlando. Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. has renewed its lease for 63,286 square feet in the Maitland 200 building at 2301 Maitland Center Parkway.
In the deal, Parkway Properties was represented by Morrison, while CresaPartners represented the tenant. In another deal, the Center for Drug Free Living has renewed its lease for 10,806 square feet at Corporate Park at 3670 Maguire Road.
