NEW YORK CITY-Pudgie's Famous Chicken is currently expanding its operations in New York. The eatery has plans to open new locations in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island.
Pudgie's is planning to open an outpost in Bay Ride, Brooklyn in late may or early June. Two more Bay Ridge locations are expected in late 2011 or early 2012. Outposts in Woodside and Elmhurst in Queens measuring nearly 1,000 square feet will open this summer.
