SAN FRANCISCO-Webcor Builders is relocating its headquarters and nearly 200 employees to Alameda from San Mateo. The contractor is moving its headquarters because it wants to remain closer to its projects in San Francisco and in the East Bay.
Webcor has signed a lease for 38,000 square feet office space in the Waterfront at Harbor Bay office complex. As part of the relocation, Webcor also sold a Hayward building measuring 13,000 square feet to Impax Laboratories Inc. for $2.6 million.For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times.
