HOUSTON-Clayco-H20 Ltd. has acquired an industrial building spanning 20,244 square feet at 5350 Bay Oaks Drive in Pasadena from CCI-B Genoa Red Bluff LLC. The building, which sits on a 2.6-acre site, houses Water and Power Technologies' sales and service office.

Water and Power Tech has signed the lease for 10 years with Clayco-H20. Clay & Co., which represented Clayco-H20 in the deal, will manage the building. Investment Brokerage negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
