MILWAUKEE-Gatlin Development Co. Inc. has applied for approval for two Walmart stores in Menomonee Falls and Milwaukee. The developer's proposal to construct a 147,800-square-foot at the Timmerman Plaza Shopping Center located at 10202 W. Silver Spring Drive in Milwaukee will be considered by the Milwaukee Plan Commission.
Gatlin is also planning for a 35,000 to 40,000-square-foot Walmart store at the Pilgrim Village Shopping Center in Menomonee Falls. A public hearing will be held on May 10 on the Pilgrim Village proposal.For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee.
