SANTA ANA, CA-El Segundo-based Highridge Partners has listed its 3 MacArthur Place, a 246,819-square-foot office building, for sale. The investor purchased the 11-story building in 2009 from New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties LP for nearly $31 million or about $125 per square foot.

Market watchers are hoping that the office building may change hands for nearly $60 million or about $250 per square foot. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. is marketing the building on behalf of the owner.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
