NEW YORK CITY-The Kent Avenue projects between North 3rd Street and North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, are picking up once again. Stellar Management, a landlord based in Manhattan, has recently purchased 111 Kent Ave., a seven-story condo, and will restore it as a rental building comprising 62 units.
