HOUSTON-Perry Zieben Realty Co. and Cushman & Wakefield has brokered a new lease deal in Houston on behalf of NCDR, the tenant. NCDR has signed a lease for 6,750 square feet at High Meadow Retail Center located at 3900 Aldine Mail Route for a dental clinic called Kool Smiles.
