ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties is increasing its growth plans in California. The developer has recently announced its plan to break ground at Mercado del Barrio in the Barrio Logan neighborhood in San Diego.
The $80-million project, a 7-acre development, will include about 84,000 square feet of retail space and a 92-apartment complex, and will be completed in the last half of 2012.
