HOUSTON-Three tenants have renewed their leases in Houston. Fairways Exploration & Production has signed a lease renewal with Granite Properties for 39,586 square feet of space at 13430 Northwest Freeway.
BreitBurn Energy has renewed its lease for 42,136 square feet in JPMorgan Chase Tower at 600 Travis, and Direct Energy has signed an expansion deal for 21,023 square feet and renewal for 72,570 square feet at 12 Greenway Plaza.
