HOUSTON-Transwestern Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a new lease deal in Sugar Land. W3 Media Group has signed a lease for 7,573 square feet of space in Sugar Land Town Square at 2150 Town Square Place.
W3 Media Group, which operates three units: Motion Notes, G4U Entertainment and Earth Sports, has leased the space from Planned Community Developers. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Valerie Palmquist with Transwestern, while Don Janssen with Planned Community Developers represented the landlord in-house.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
