TAMPA, FL-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has announced the signing of a lease renewal deal in Tampa. Acclaris, Inc. has renewed its lease deal with Highwoods Properties for 8,800 square feet at the Tower Place building situated in the Westshore submarket in Tampa.
