MEMPHIS-St. Louis-based Belden Inc. has signed a lease deal with Highwoods Properties Inc. for 6,900 square feet of space at Southwind Office Center Building C, an office property spanning 73,756 square feet at 8285 Tournament Drive. With the Belden lease, the office property has become 100% full.
