ORLANDO-Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. has brokered the sale of 1,236 acres of land in Lake County. Branch Banking & Trust Company (BB&T) has sold the property, which comprises a 583-acre land on the west side of Five Mile Road and a 653-acre land on the south side of Schofield Road, to South Lake Crossings II, LLC for $4,200,000.
