WEST WINDSOR, NJ–Chilworth Technologies has signed a long-term, 14,746-square foot lease at University Square, 104 Campus Dr. here. The company is scheduled to move in June.
Chilworth, a provider of safety services for chemical, pharmaceutical, foodstuffs, agrochemical and oil/petrochemical companies, will use the space for offices and research and development. LoopNet lists recent asking rental rates at the property from $22 per square foot to $23.25 per square foot.
The firm “needed to relocate its US headquarters and R&D facilities, but wanted to remain within the Princeton area,” says John Cunningham, an executive managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, which represented Chilworth Technologies. “University Square fits their need for laboratory infrastructure.”
The 70,239-square-foot 104 Campus Dr. is located at US Highway 1 and Alexander Road, close to downtown Princeton. David Simson of Newmark Knight Frank represented landlord RXR.
