MIAMI-Colliers International South Florida has negotiated a new lease deal for an office space in Tamarac. Mankuta Gallaher and Associates has signed a lease for 5,000 square feet at 8201 North University Drive in Tamarac.
The leased space will serve as Mankuta Gallaher and Associates' headquarters. Robert Listokin and Peyton Moore from Colliers International South Florida negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
