SAN JOSE, CA-Round Rock-based Dell Inc. is opening a larger office in Silicon Valley. The company has leased 240,000 square feet of space between two research and development buildings in Santa Clara, California.
Dell has signed the lease with Cognac Great America LLC and The Prudential Life Insurance Co. of America. One of the properties, a three-story building, previously housed Atheros Communications Inc. and the other four-story property is presently leased to Oracle Corp.
