FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Duke Realty Corporation has added three tenants to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens, a 390,942-square-foot center in Pembroke Pines. The Cheesecake Factory will fill 8,293 square feet at the central crossway of Fifth Street and 145th Terrace; TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt) will fill a 1,600-square-foot retail space on Fifth Street; and The Ann Taylor concept store will fill 4,450 square feet at Southwest 145 Terrace.
