LOS ANGELES-Palo Alto-based Facebook Inc. is moving quietly into the Westside market. The social networking giant has recently inked a letter of intent to lease space in Tishman Speyer Properties' Playa Vista office complex.
Facebook may lease between 8,000 and 15,000 square feet of space at the four-building, 325,000-square-foot office complex, which is nearly 80% occupied.
