NASHVILLE-General Electric has leased an industrial building measuring 390,620 square feet near Nashville International Airport and Interstate 840. The building is owned by Denver-based DCT Industrial and IDI.

The industrial building was developed in 2008. According the press release from DCT, the building will serve as a regional distribution center for GE. Clinton Gilbreath and Don Kent from CB Richard Ellis represented GE, while Douglass Johnson and Steve Preston, also from CBRE, represented the ownership group in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
