ORLANDO-The Golf Channel, which previously occupied space at Sand Lake West and Orlando South Park Business Center, is consolidating its corporate offices at Sand Lake West Business Park in southwest Orlando. The firm leased 123,000 square feet at the park in January for 11.5 years.
The company will spend $5 million to $10 million for the renovation work. CNL Commercial Real Estate Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis represented the owner in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal.
