WASHINGTON, DC-The General Services Administration has inked a lease for 46,429 square feet at 1615 M St. NW for the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. The agency has signed the lease with an affiliate of Boston Properties Inc.
The U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of Sumner Square, a 208,665-square-foot project, for another 10 years. The new lease will help the agency remain in its current offices. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
