CHICAGO-HDI-Gerling America Insurance Co., a unit of HDI-Gerling, is moving from 150 N. Wacker Drive to 161 N. Clark St. The firm has inked a lease for 10 years with Tishman Speyer for nearly 18,000 square feet of space at the office building.
