TAMPA, FL-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has signed a lease renewal deal with a national non-profit organization in Tampa. The Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) has renewed its lease for 2,300 square feet at Horizon at Tampa Bay Park situated in the Westshore.
