STUART, FL-NAI Southcoast has closed the sale of a 12.04-acre site on behalf of RBC Bank, the seller. RBC Bank has sold the site on March 25 to C & C RV Resort for an amount of $500,000.
The site was previously suggested for the construction of the Kanner Professional Center. RBC Bank purchased the site in May 2010 through foreclosure. Nikolaus M.
