SAN DIEGO-Jones Lang LaSalle has negotiated a lease renewal deal in San Diego. Wells Fargo has renewed its lease for 34 months with Legacy Partners for 61,249 square feet at Legacy Wateridge situated at 10421 and 10431 Wateridge Circle in the Sorrento Mesa submarket.
Legacy Wateridge comprises two, two-story office buildings measuring 123,000 square feet. Chris Powers and Matthew Miller with CresaPartners represented Wells Fargo, while Tim Olson and Chad Urie with Jones Lang LaSalle represented Legacy Partners in the lease deal.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
