FORT WORTH-Fort Worth Community Credit Union has bought the former Washington Mutual Bank building measuring 4,000 square feet on Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills from Inland Western North Richland Hills. The bank building sits on a 0.95-acre land.

Fort Worth Community Credit Union will open its branch on the site in the mid-fall of 2011. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Christopher Gibbons of Venture Commercial Real Estate, and the seller was represented by The Retail Connection's David Levinson.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
