BIRMINGHAM, AL-EGS Commercial Real Estate has brokered three lease deals in Birmingham. Ohio-based Merit Brass Co. has leased an industrial space measuring 33,000 square feet in Oxmoor South Industrial Park for its distribution warehouse.
James H. Chafin and Tooter's Catering has renewed its lease for 1,650 square feet at Southside Business Center and Treasure Cup Coffee Roasters LLC has renewed its lease for 2,475 square feet at Valleydale Business Park in Pelham.
