INDIANAPOLIS-Keith Payne, owner of Indianapolis-based Affordable Building Supplies, is planning to turn the former offices of WFYI (Channel 20) located at 1433 N. Meridian St. into a hardware store. The building supply company owner has proposed for a store on the ground-floor space and to lease the second-floor space to office users.
