FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Sunrise-based Mednax has purchased a Sunrise office building for a 30% discount in a short sale. 1500 Concord Terrace LLC, a division of Mednax, has purchased the office building measuring 188,746 square feet in Sunrise for $18.5 million.
TMW Weltfonds 1500 Concord Terrace, an associate of TMW Property Funds and Prudential Real Estate Advisors purchased the building for $40.8 million in 2006. Mednax is planning to use the building for incremental growth.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
