BALTIMORE-Merritt Properties LLC, a developer based in Baltimore, is working together to construct a new headquarters for Centric Business Systems, an office technology firm based in Owings Mills. The developer will build the new headquarters spanning 39,000 square feet at 10752 Red Run Blvd.
The construction work on the new building has already been started by Merritt Construction Services and it will be completed this summer. Centric was represented by NAI KLNB, while Merritt Properties had in-house representation in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
