NEW YORK CITY-Roundtable Investment Partners is expanding its space at 280 Park Ave. The private equity firm has signed a 10-year lease for 17,320 square feet at the East Tower of the 1.2-million-square-foot property between East 48th and East 49th streets.
The firm, which already occupies the entire 23rd floor, is now occupying the 22nd floor as well. Cassidy Turley represented the private equity firm, and CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the property owners, Investcorp and Broadway Partners.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
