CHICAGO-Two Chicago office buildings are listed on the market for sale. Mark Karasick, a New York-based investor, is selling 311 S. Wacker Drive, a 1.3-million-square-foot building in Chicago.
Meantime, a venture headed by Chicago-based Golub & Co. is selling 541 N. Fairbanks Court, a 541,600-square-foot building just two blocks east of Michigan Avenue.
