NEW YORK CITY-TwoBirds Bridesmaid is opening a new showroom and office space in SoHo. The company has inked a lease for five years with Arnold Bias Products Inc. for 1,500 square feet at 166 Mercer St. situated between West Houston and Prince streets.
TwoBirds will occupy the sixth-floor space of the Mercer Street building in May. Asking rent was $45 per square foot. Easy Street Properties represented the tenant, and Cast Iron Real Estate represented the landlord in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
