NEW YORK CITY-San Francisco-based Wells Fargo has inked a lease for 16 years with Hiro for 275,000 square feet at 150 East 42nd Street situated between Third and Lexington avenues. The bank has occupied 13 floors, in addition to the 27th through 32nd floors as well as the 35th floor, at the 42-story silver tower.

Asking rents at the building range from $55 to $75 per square foot. Ben Lambert of Eastdil brokered the deal on behalf of Wells Fargo.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
