NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan-based Wilk Auslander is relocating from 675 Third Ave. to Times Square. The firm has leased 34,000 square feet of space at 1515 Broadway for 10 years from SL Green Realty Corp.
The law firm will occupy the entire 43rd floor of the 52-story, 2-million-square-foot building situated between 44th and West 45th streets. In the negotiation, the tenant was represented by Cassidy Turley, while the landlord had in-house representation.
