NEW YORK CITY-Aldo is opening a shoe store at 466 Fulton Street. The shoe store has signed a lease for 15 years with Jeff Sutton for 2,200 square feet at the building.
Aldo has signed the deal with the property owner for $8 million. Asking rents in the Fulton Street area in Brooklyn range from 250 to $270 per square foot. Amira Yunis from Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Post.
