ORLANDO-The Central Florida Multi-Housing Group at CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of two multi-housing properties in Orlando for more than $60 million. The remaining 414 units of Marina Grande, a 486-unit property on the Intracoastal Waterway in Daytona Beach, were changed hands in bulk.

Quiet Waters, a rental community in Orlando's Sanford suburb, was sold in a separate deal to another buyer. Brokers from CBRE's Central Florida Multi-Housing Group handled the deal on behalf of the sellers.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
