CHICAGO-Woonsocket, Rhode Island-based CVS Caremark Corp. is renewing its leases and reducing its local office space by 5% in the north and northwest suburbs. The company has renewed its lease for nearly 119,245 square feet of space at 2100 E. Lake Cook Road in Riverwalk; about 266,000 square feet of space at Caremark Towers in Northbrook; and about 117,000 square feet at the Kensington Business Center.
