AUSTIN, TX-Equitable Commercial Realty has closed 10 leases at the Hills Office Park located at 4611 Bee Caves Road in the past 9 months. With new leases, the occupancy rate at the office property rose from 43% to 98%.
Recently, Artemis has signed a lease for 448 square feet, and Schaubhut & Schaubhut has signed a lease for 1,066 square feet at the Hills Office Park.
