RALEIGH, NC-Raleigh-based Highwoods Properties has bought a three-story medical office building spanning 48,000 square feet at 4201 Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. The investment, including capital expenditures, is valued at $9 million.
The medical office building situated the opposite side of the street from Rex Hospital is 94.3% leased. With this deal, Highwoods' footprint reaches to eight office buildings totaling 338,000 square feet. The properties are 93.9% leased.For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal.
