AUSTIN, TX-Live Oak-Gottesman has brokered two lease deals in Austin. Unwired Nation has leased 3,400 square feet of office space at Synergy Plaza North located at 11940 Jollyville Road.
In another deal, Rigid FX has leased 6,200 square feet of industrial space at 9412 Neils Thompson. Ryan Bandy of Live Oak-Gottesman represented both the tenants, while Jay Theisen of Kucera represented the landlord in the Unwired Nation lease and Andy Swanson of Industrial Properties represented the landlord in the Rigid FX lease.
