NEW YORK CITY-Studio G, a recording studio, has signed a lease for 10 years with Flour and Sugar LLC for 5,000 square feet of space at 44 Dobbin Street. The studio also has a five-year lease extension option.
The Dobbin Street building measuring 10,000 square feet also accommodates City Aquarium. The asking rent for the space was $12 per square foot. This will be the second Brooklyn location for the recording studio.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
