BALTIMORE-TA Associates Realty has purchased 100 West Road, a five-story Class A office building measuring 121,491 square feet in Towson. The company has bought the property from LaSalle Investment Management for $18.75 million.
The office building, which is currently 87% leased, was constructed in 1987 and refurbished in 2007. Jonathan Beard and Bo Cashman with CB Richard Ellis handled the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal.
