AUSTIN, TX-B-Bachs Commercial has negotiated a lease deal in Austin on behalf of Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, the tenant. The restaurant has signed a lease for 1,564 square feet of space at Northcross Mall located at 2525 W. Anderson Lane.
The restaurant will join Elevation Burger, GameStop, Guitar Center, McAlister's Deli, The School of Rock, Walmart and others in the shopping center. Brokers from The Weitzman Group represented Lincoln Property Co., the landlord, in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
