AUSTIN, TX-ArthroCare Corp., a developer of surgical products based in Austin, has signed a lease for 10 years with CarrAmerica Lantana LP for 136,075 square feet 7000 W. William Cannon Drive in South Austin. The company will use the additional space to combine some of its operations from California.
