MEMPHIS-Clearbrook Village Apartments LLC, a subsidiary of New York-based Besyata Corp., has bought Clearbrook Village Apartments, an apartment community consisting of 144 units in Memphis' East Winchester submarket. The firm has purchased the Memphis property from C-III Asset Management LLC for $2.6 million.
The community has one- and two-bedroom units and the size of the apartments range between 600 and 1,100 square feet. Blake Pera and Tommy Bronson III from CB Richard Ellis Memphis' Multifamily Division negotiated on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
