FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Colliers International South Florida has brokered a lease deal for an office space in Fort Lauderdale. Alliance Entertainment, LLC has leased 22,336 square feet at the Saw Ban Building, a 106,413-square-foot Class A office building at 1401 NW 136th Ave. in Sunrise.
Alliance Entertainment will use the leased space for its call center and corporate offices. Robert Listokin and Peyton J. Moore of Colliers International handled the lease deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
