ORLANDO-Crossman & Company has negotiated two retail lease deals totaling 3,500 square feet at Colonial Corners Shopping Center situated at 5600 W. Colonial Drive in Orlando. Aquarium Fanatics has signed a five-year lease for unit 309 having 1,050 square feet and Central Florida Hobbies has renewed its lease for two years for suite 310 having 2,450 square feet at the center.
