MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield has recently negotiated five industrial leases at AMB Miami International Logistics Park, a five-building, 880,000-square-foot industrial park in Medley. Quality Custom Distribution has renewed its lease deal for 22,000 square feet; International Cable Corp. has renewed lease for 21,000 square feet; Transtar Trucking has signed an 18,000-square-foot lease; Seaboard Marine has leased additional 36,800 square feet; and Retailer Forever 21 has signed a 25,600-square-foot lease.
